Tour Manager
When Lincoln launched 5 new vehicles throughout the U.S. and Canada, they held many high-end “ride and drive” events, which offered guests a test-drive in the new vehicles. These luxury events also included a perk for the guests: a complimentary 3-course dinner, drinks and dessert at a high-end restaurant. This program also included golf tournaments, VIP press events, food + wine festivals, and many other sponsorship events.
As the Tour Manager of various programs over the course of 5 years, I travelled to dozens of cities across the U.S. and Canada to oversee the staff, handle vehicle logistics and be the liaison between various
clients and vendors.

Virtual Event Producer + Consultant
CG/LA Infrastructure came to me with a request to help transition their in-person global and national conferences into virtual events.
I worked with them as a consultant and producer to provide guidance and oversight for every step of the process, including training their internal staff on the event software, and coaching their presenters to be comfortable speaking on a virtual platform.
We successfully executed 3 large-scale conferences over the course of a 3 month period, drawing an audience from around the globe.
INFINITI QX50
Onsite Manager
When INFINITI launched the new QX50, they hosted a month-long program at the brand new La Peer hotel in the swanky West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
As an Onsite Manager for this program, I worked with the agency clients to execute and host luxury experiences for guests and press, including test-drives, dining experiences, product presentations, and high-end dinners with a private chef at a luxury mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

ART BASEL
Onsite Manager + Product Specialist
Lincoln Motor Company partnered with Vanity Fair and Revel Audio to create an immersive activation called “Sound of Luxury” that invited guests to sit in the brand new Lincoln MKX and experience its Revel audio system with a light show, during Miami’s Art Basel.
As the Onsite Manager, I worked with the agency clients, partners and vendors to ensure a smooth activation - as well as provide vehicle knowledge to the guests during their experience,
as the product specialist.
LINCOLN BLACK LABEL AT HOME

With the launch of Lincoln Black Label, the luxury automotive company partnered with MAS Event + Design and Condé Nast Media Group to create Lincoln Black Label at Home, an exclusive getaway intended to introduce luxury clients to the program’s designer themes.
As the Onsite Manager for this year-long program, I travelled to 4 major U.S. cities to run the day-to-day logistics, work with vendors to execute the program, interact with guests as the “concierge” for their visit, and host VIP parties and press events.

TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL

Lincoln was the official vehicle sponsor of the Tribeca Film Festival several years in a row and offered the Black Label Lounge where attendees could shoot footage, score scenes, watch a virtual-reality film and just kick back and relax. The lounge also offered filmmakers the chance to experience the all new Lincoln Black Label vehicles.
As the Onsite Manager, I provided oversight to the Lounge staff, catering team, partnering vendors and the special events/parties that took place in the space throughout the two week film festival.
