Nickelodeon’s Slime Fest is a 2-day slime-filled, multi-platform family entertainment festival, requiring 200+ event staff to cover the massive event footprint and various interactive activations.

As the Client Services Manager, this project was a large undertaking. We successfully executed 3 large-scale conferences over the course of a 3 month period, drawing an audience from around the globe.

CG/LA Infrastructure

"Working with Chelsea was a total game-changer for us. Chelsea worked with us to execute three corporate conferences in less than three months, it was our first experience with virtual events, so not only was it a huge lift to execute, we did not even have a clear process in place when she came onboard. Chelsea is a true professional, an expert problem solver - but what really sets her apart from other event experts I have worked with is her ability to give the rest of the team the ability to step away from logistical issues and communicate to clients with absolute confidence so they can address the substance and sales potential of the event itself.

I really appreciated Chelsea's commitment to excellence, high standards, and the smarts to take initiative, and fill in the gaps wherever necessary to make the best event possible."

-Janina Anderson, CG/LA Infrastructure

The Hollis Company

"While at The Hollis Company, I worked with Chelsea for two of our major personal development conferences. Chelsea was my go-to for ALL things event staffing during both RISExBusiness in Charleston and RISExFort Myers in FL. Chelsea was CRITICAL to the event's success. Without her incredible leadership, work ethic, and calming presence, I would have been lost. From the very beginning planning stages to tearing down the event, Chelsea was incredible. She made it so easy and stress-free to hire, train, and mobilize hundreds of event staff that we hired for our events. I never had to worry about anything during the event and she understood that because I was getting pulled in a million directions, she needed to be an extension of our team to problem-solve in real time.

If you're looking for someone who can organize a team, lead out on complicated tasks, and provide the best customer service - look no farther. Chelsea would be a great asset to any team and will get the job done!"
